VocalRemover

Ads Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

VocalRemover is free because of advertising. Here is how the ads work and what you can do about them.

Where you see ads

Ads appear in one place: the small window that opens while your file is being prepared for download. We do not put ads over the editor, on top of your waveform, or inside the buttons you click.

Who serves them

Ads are served by Google AdSense. We do not pick the advertisers and we do not endorse what they sell. If an ad is not shown, you will see a small animation instead.

What ads can know about you

Google may use cookies, your IP address and the page you are on to choose and measure ads. Advertisers never get your audio or video, because those files stay in your browser. We do not give advertisers your name or email, because we do not have them.

Personalised and non-personalised ads

  • EU, UK and Switzerland: personalised ads only run if you consent. Without consent you get non-personalised ads, which are based on the page, not on your history.
  • California and other US states: you can opt out of personalised advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
  • Everywhere: you can switch personalisation off at adssettings.google.com.

Ads and children

The site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly show personalised ads to anyone under 16 in regions where that is not allowed.

Report a bad ad

If an ad is misleading, offensive or broken, tell us what you saw and where, and send a screenshot if you can: contact@example.com. You can also use the "Report this ad" option in the ad itself.

Ad blockers

We would rather you use the tool with an ad blocker than not at all. The site will still work. If you like it and can, letting ads through helps keep it free.
