GDPR & EU data protection rights
Last updated November 4, 2026
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the law gives you extra control over your personal data. This page says what that means here.
Who is responsible for your data
VocalRemover is the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@example.com. Our files-stay-on-your-device design means we hold very little: see the Privacy Policy for the full list.
Your rights
- Access: ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: have wrong data fixed.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction: ask us to pause how we use it.
- Portability: receive your data in a common format.
- Objection: object to use based on our legitimate interest, including any direct marketing (we do none).
- Withdraw consent: at any time, for example for personalised ads. Withdrawing does not affect what happened before.
How to use them
Email contact@example.com and say which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm who you are, so we do not hand your data to someone else. We answer within one month. Because we hold no account for you and never see your files, we may only be able to find data that you can point us to, such as an email you sent.
Consent for cookies and ads
Under the ePrivacy rules, we only allow cookies that are not strictly necessary, including those for personalised ads, after you agree. The site itself sets no cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Transfers outside Europe
Our hosting and ad providers run services in the United States and other countries. We only rely on providers that use approved safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
No automated decisions about you
The AI on this site separates sound in your own browser. It does not profile you or make decisions that affect you legally.
Digital Services Act contact point
For notices about illegal content on this website, authorities and users can write to contact@example.com in English. We host none of your files, so there is no user-uploaded content on our servers.
Complaints
Talk to us first and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In the EU, you can find yours here. In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office.
